Basic winterization = we shut off the water main, drain the water supply lines, and add RV antifreeze to the drain lines of every tub, toilet, and sink. Boilers, sprinkler systems, and pools are not included (referred to a licensed contractor).

Fine print
- Prices are per unit. Single-family = 1 unit; for 2–4 units, choose the number of units at checkout.
- Monthly plans auto-renew, billed up front. Easy cancellation: text or email Eric any time before your next billing date.
- Cancellations or reschedules at least 12 hours before a visit get a full refund or free reschedule; under 12 hours is non-refundable.
- If interior access can’t be legally obtained at the visit, a full exterior walk-around with photos is done instead and the visit is still charged.
